I'd never thought of Timpsons as a place to go for car keys but when I recently lost a key someone in the trade recommended them. Any doubts quickly disappeared, Mo was really really good, did a proper job, quicker than I could do a bit of shopping and eat a McDonald's and it cost 2/3 what it would have done at the main dealer for a genuine key. Absolutely fantastic service from the gentleman on shift today. My key thob had failed. So gave them a ring on the phone. Was told to come down to the store. And had a brand new key cut with working thob within the hour. Even managed to get a cheeky mcdonald's in whilst I waited. I would leave 6 stars if I could. Thankyou🙏

Visited this branch today and I’m very happy with the service we’ve received. Mo was so helpful and he is very professional and has extensive knowledge around his job. I would give more than 5 stars if I could !

Fantastic service provided. Have had a real pain with my car and the keys. Been to dealership and theyve not been particularly helpful. Spoke to Mo on the weekend about him getting me and new key, he got the key quickly and installed it while dealing with the car being difficult. Highly recommended service and will definitely use again for car keys.
