Excellent service always willing to help. If they don't have what you want in stock they will order it for you and if they don't stock something they will help in finding out where you can get it from.

Replaced a broken gearbox on multipoint lock for rock door, whilst I waited. Always had brilliant service from these guys. Been using this company for about 25 years. Speaking to Warren today who has been with them for 20years. All staff are friendly full of knowledge and very helpful. As for the negative reviews because they don’t do car keys, is because they don’t need to. Five stars all round.

Excellent service today with a composite door locking mechanism that wouldn’t engage. Andrew quickly diagnosed the fault , requiring a new central component which unfortunately wasn’t in stock. So he detached the required part from a full assembly that was in stock and fitted it to our mechanism. Whole process less than 20 minutes and a bill for 40 odd quid rather than £110 plus for the full item. Outstanding !
