Can’t thank Tom enough. Came out to me very quickly on short notice as my van wouldn’t unlock due to flat battery issue. Within 5mins of arrival we had the van started and I was on my way!

Tom is truly a professional. He kept me up-to-date about my appointment schedule for any delay. And he spent all his effort to sort out the steering wheel lock issue of my Merc W204 without a moment of rest. Also he was willing to explain the issue and resolution to me. He is absolutely a legend.

Called in the morning as my works transit truck ignition barrel had seized. Came out that morning and fixed my ignition barrel within an hour. He was friendly, reliable with no fuss and got my works truck back in the road. Couldn’t fault the service.

I tried countless others to get my key reprogrammed but because of year of the car everyone was saying no one other than the dealer can resolve. I contacted Tom who came round at a convenient time for me half an hour later was done and at a reasonable price dealer was charging double. Thanks!

Top notch! No one else would touch it as it was a complex issue. I was deadlocked out of my car due to a combination of a broken physical lock (only one on the vehicle) and a key fob that wasn't working. He got it done and even fixed another issue for me. Reasonable price and skilled work. Would highly reccommend.
