Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Hughie turned up right on time and I was back on the road within 5-10 minutes. Super great and reliable service at a good price too. I'm definitely saving his number just in case I need help again.

I called hughie after finding his number on Google, he was able to fit me in the same morning at very short notice. He let me know the price for the new car keys well in advance and his communication was top notch. He arrived at my place of work and was able to sort it out in no time at all at great price. Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). Managed to get inside to retrieve them really fast, saving her petrol at the same time. Really polite, friendly and couldn’t have gone more out of his way to accommodate. Thanks again 😊
