Just want to say thank you to Adam at Access Lock and Safe Monton - after I got locked in due to a broken interior door handle. He managed to get the door open without damaging it and fitted me a new handle at short notice. I have previously had my front door locks changed by this company - they are absolutely brilliant and friendly too. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I recently received fantastic service from Access Lock and Safe. My toddler put a small window key in to my front door lock which I couldn’t get out. I phoned Andy at Access Lock and Safe, he said they were extremely busy dealing with several break-in’s that had happened the night before, however he had one of his guys round the corner from my house who was just finishing another job. So he arranged for him to come straight to my house and he managed to get the window key out in 2 seconds using his lock picking tools.

Fantastic service. Really put you at ease and genuinely seem to want to do the best for you. Only locksmith that actually came out to look at the doors before doing a quote. Definitely would use again!

Absolutely amazing services from these guys. Would definitely recommend these guys again. After having my handbag stolen with my keys in it, these guys came out speedily and got me back into my house. What was already a stressful situation for me, was made easier by their calmness and not putting pressure on me to find money there and then as my bank cards were also stolen.
