Booked a locksmith from RS Locksmiths to come out and change the locks following a house purchase. It wasn't a simple job but the locksmith, Morgan, worked hard to fix the issues as best he could. Very happy with the service provided and I would use RS again.

Excellent service - I took a lock there to get a replacement after some keys were stolen - he said it would be cheaper for him to re-key it, which he did there & then in a few minutes at half the cost of replacement. Massive range of stock in the shop - general hardware, electrical, even paint mixing.

What a brilliant service by Mark, excellent knowledge, customer service , and local very reasonably priced and you can trust them to give you the best advice.

Blown away by these guys ! Front window to my house wouldn’t close at 4.15pm , no way we could leave it overnight !!!! Called and within 15 minutes a lovely young man came and managed to close it . Next morning he was here at the time he said he would and changed the mechanism ! Outstanding customer service ! Lucky to have these guys in our area! Professional polite and exceptional service !

The staff are very helpful, and it's well stocked for such a small shop.
