Called Simon as our patio doors were no longer opening - Simon came round within the hour, surveyed the situation and then due to not having the necessary part in stock, ordered the item that evening (after having checked with me on the cost). He was back within a couple of days taking considerable care not to damage our timber patio doors and managed to get the doors open and the new gear box installed (no easy feat considering that scaffold restricted the doors from fully opening) He is an extremely courteous man and takes great care in what he does. He is also very reasonably priced compared to others in this market!
