They were fabulous! I messaged and arranged for them to come the next day with the price being transparent throughout which is always appreciated. They also were happy to help with an additional spare key that needed to be fixed which was great so I didn’t have to purchase 2 complete new ones. I was kept up to date on arrival time and it was a seamless process from there. They were efficient and quick! Would highly recommend!

The guy who came same day diagnoses a problem the AA and a garage couldn’t solve (ignition switch and key issue). He worked on it quickly and explained this issue well. Was honest about the other issues I might face with the car going forward. Price was good. Really recommend.

What a greatness from beginning to end. David phoned me ahead of time for a heads up before the scheduled apt. He showed up soon and we had a nice introductory chat about what I needed done. I ended up having a main door entry lock replaced, 4 dead bolts, 5 new door knobs, and a car key replaced. The two dead latch were re-keyed no problem as well. The entire process from beginning to end was expertly handled by David. A true professional in every regard. Friendly, respectful, and courteous as well. My issue was a Iosted key for a heavy duty steering wheel locker, the man had to remove the locker for me to be able to drive the car! Very good job! Highly recommended! Forgotten to mention that I have called them on Sunday early in the morning 7:45 and 9:00 the man was there already! 24 hrs which is really good 👍
