After trying different key cutting companies, I ended up at court security. They cut me 2 keys and I got home and they didn't work. I called then that evening to ask if there was anything I could do to get them to work. Kim gave me a number, and I sent them videos of my lock and the keys. Kim then said she knew what was happening and asked me to come back on Monday. I did, and they gave me 2 replacement keys for free and still ordered some keys that matched mine. I went back in on Tuesday, and they had them in, and they cut me more. They have kept me up to date all the way through. They know their stuff and are lovly people to do business with.

I have purchased several keys and fobs for our local office from here and they have been great every time. The staff there are very clear, quick, efficient and friendly.

The lady at courts was AMAZING! A real life super hero spy, she was able to get us back into our suitcase after I very stupidly reset the combination >_
