True local 5 star service. The on-site visit for a non-emergency lock repair arranged within a few hours, provided reasonable estimate and did exactly the required amount of work. There was no pressure to upgrade or change the locks. On the second occasion, two years later, exactly the same great experience: another faulty lock that turned out to be more complicated to fix, required more work and different spare parts, but it was a breeze.

Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Pricing could have been a little clearer but nothing that would stop us recommending and or using again. Now our local goto locksmith!

Sanjay was very quick to respond and we arranged for him to change a number of locks in the house. All done well and at a reasonable price. Cannot ask for more. Quick to reply to any questions which we appreciated.

I had an emergency situation tonight with tenants locked in a flat. Acton Locksmiths despite being short staffed today, mobilised straight away , went round, released the tenants and fixed the lock. Very impressed. Will use again .
