I phone up yesterday with a problem with my back door which I could not lock securely I phoned up Bartletts and explained to the gentleman on what was wrong. He said before I send someone out I should do a couple of things, then leave it for half an hour which I did and low and behold it was problem solved, saving me the call out charge.
