We have been customers of Albert at Woodside Locksmiths for many years. I cannot recommend him highly enough for any job, large or small in business or residential properties. The service is professional through and through and everyone we have ever dealt with at the company has been extremely polite, helpful and efficient. Response times are impressive and everything is dealt with calmly and sympathetically, which is much appreciated in an emergency. Woodside has certainly helped us brilliantly in a few of those over the years, as well as in less stressful situations.

Had an issue with our window locks, Albert managed to make time on the same day to come over and kept us up to date with the time of arrival and some minor delays throughout the day. Was lovely and friendly throughout, explainingp how the locks work and their efficiency, as well as completing the task he insisted on cleaning up behind himself (even tho we said we would do it), was impressed by the service provided and would highly recommend to others.

As usual Woodside Locksmiths provided an amazingly fast and efficient service. Last Saturday I texted Albert with a concern we had about our front door. Within a very short space of time Albert had phoned me to ask for details and was at my house within the hour. Albert evaluated the problem, provided a short term remedy and said that Steve would come to our house (at a time to be sorted on Monday) to deal with the substantive issue. I was emailed first thing on Monday and Steve came at 12.30pm. Steve spent over an hour sorting the problem and everything was resolved... Great response, first class service and all done with a smile. I can strongly recommend this company.

I made the booking with Francesca, who is delightful to deal with. Martin, the locksmith, turned up on time and was polite, efficient and quick. I would definitely use them again.
