Great service from Sanjay. Made an appointmemt over the phone for a home visit 2 days later. Arrived promptly and gave great advice on what was required, fitting 2 locks and repairing an existing one in just over an hour. Would recommend!

Sanjay was very quick to respond and we arranged for him to change a number of locks in the house. All done well and at a reasonable price. Cannot ask for more. Quick to reply to any questions which we appreciated.

Had a broken lock to the Upvc toilet window and AL came on the Friday, part was ordered-delivered and installed on the Tuesday. Excellent communicator over the phone and has given us good advice on future care and adjusting ourselves. Pricing could have been a little clearer but nothing that would stop us recommending and or using again. Now our local goto locksmith!

I had an emergency situation tonight with tenants locked in a flat. Acton Locksmiths despite being short staffed today, mobilised straight away , went round, released the tenants and fixed the lock. Very impressed. Will use again .
