Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out. He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat. Within 10 minutes he had gained access. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly a genuinely nice and decent human being. I could Not reccomend this company enough, and I have saved their number in case I am ever in an emergency situation like this again. If you are in stow look no further - mikes your guy! We had our front door lock jam this afternoon and Scott came within 2-3hours. £120 to replace the lock in about 3 minutes and provide 5 keys which I thought was exceptional service. He was very friendly too.

We had an emergency with our door lock and RS Lock and Safe came so quickly to fix the issue. He was so friendly and professional. Hopefully, we will not need to use a locksmith any time soon, but if we do, we will definitely be calling RS Lock and Safe

I asked Scott to replace a single door cylinder, a rim cylinder, and a mortice lock. He provided me with a quote and arrived promptly at the agreed appointment time. Not only did he carry out the work swiftly and with great attention to detail, but he was also a pleasure to have around and chat with! I wholeheartedly recommend RS Lock and Safe and will not hesitate to call them again in the future if the need arises. Scott is courteous and hard-working – look no further for a locksmith. I would, however, add one minor note, which in no way detracts from the overall positive experience: I suggest double-checking whether the quotes clearly state the inclusion or exclusion of VAT.

Thanks to a very professional team at Dennis locksmith I feel secure at last. Having waited 7 weeks for a double glazing company to fix the door lock I rang Dennis locks in complete despair. I can't thank Matt from Dennis Security Centre enough. Whilst at the British GP, in the middle of the night during the worst storm in living memory, he came out of his dwelling with a flashlight to lend a hand. The poor man had to see me in my pants fighting with an awning acting like a sail that was trying to blow 2 people across a large field. He bravely wrestled the awning back into its cover - the only casualty being a lady (who can't be named here to keep her dignity) getting the equivalent of 5 buckets of water dumped on her head at once. WHAT A LEGEND.

Really helpful and knowledgable people! They recognised my lock right away and gave me a few options of varying prices to sort the issue (it was a rare one from the 1970s!) Within ten minutes I had a the same lock with shiny new parts and keys. Hopefully it’ll be good for another 50 years!
