Good bunch. Recommended to me by another locksmith (London Locks). Swift service. Very responsive while I couldn't get into my flat and was freaking out. Dave came down with another fella who's name I didn't catch but both were very friendly and got the door open in about 10 minutes. Baring in mind my door is a maximum security multi lock door, this was very impressive. Overall, the procedure to replace the lock took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the service and the price (c.£200 - higher than normal since this occurred on a Sunday. However, the fact they made it out within an hour and a half on a Sunday speaks volumes itself!). Cheers lads.

My council (RBKC) hired this company, after serious abuse was experienced by my household. Ray, the person sent to us was professional, being happy to answer our questions regarding our ring doorbell. He was also friendly. His parting handshake and wish of good luck regarding our situation was appreciated, it’s the little things. Thanks for sending an employee like Ray. This company were also quick with communication.

Wasn't after an expensive purchase, but the the sales guy was very patient and helpful when it came to needing some basic window locks. Been to similar places and had a lot of grief, due my own lack of knowledge. A+

Honestly they are a life saver! Locked myself out and had a meeting as WFH and they sorted me out very quickly and with a kindest gesture as well. I would definitely recommend using them and intend to get them to change my door locks soonest. Thank you again
