From the initial call to Henry, who put my mind to rest with accurate quote and fast availability of mobile engineers, Teo called me ahead of time and met me within the quoted time. Obviously a very experienced guy who had me back on the road within an hour or arrival. Not one complaint and will be keeping details on file should I or any of my friends require a professional service. Thank you guys.

Spent several hours on a Monday morning looking for my car keys to no avail. Couldn’t risk not getting to work again so contacted auto locksmith. Got in touch very quickly, arrived within 45mins as stated and managed to produce a replacement car key in about the same time. Life is now back on track as a result of a quick service. Very polite and professional. Not intending to lose a key ever again but would use the service again if I did.

Can't thank the key engineer enough. Very polite, turned up on time. Vtech Civic (a very old one). Saved my hassles by creating a new key fob and key. Made a new key in extremely reasonable time. Very mobile and came to the house. Good value for money. Thank you for your service. Definitely recommend to use them rather than chasing completely the wrong technicians to save 20 or 30 pounds

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Was sceptical at first as you have to pay before they can come out but after speaking with them on the phone i was assured that they were a trusted company. They were here within 20 minutes after completing the payment and Mace did an excellent job of repairing the door handle and lock. Great service with a competitive price. Highly recommended

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Fixed my Garmin Fitbit watch strap for £10. Very upfront with cost, time it would take etc. No complaints whatsoever. Open till 6 on weekdays, 5.30 on Saturday, closed Sun. RECOMMEND if you are in Canada Water/SE16 and need your: watch strap fixing or keys cut etc.

Great local business! Welcoming, quick and reasonably priced. They even have a special hook outside for your pooch (though they're welcome inside and mine even got a treat!). Had multiple sets of keys cut for different locks, they all work fine.

Always welcoming, quick and good value. They just rebuilt the door lock mechanism on my old BMW. They knew exactly what they were dealing with (having been around a while they had done lots) and had it done within 24hrs. Now working perfectly. Can't fault them.
