Family member locked out of flat....5* service from Malcolm and the team, not only did they reorganise/divert thier local mobile engineer from another job...he attended in less than 10 minutes and gained us entry. So many thanks to all on an excellent professional service all at a modest cost considering it all happened 1/2 hour before the shop closed!

One of my neighbours who has a disability locked herself out of her flat when the key snapped off in the lock. I attempted to extract the remaining half but it was impossible. I looked up Which's Trusted Traders recommended locksmiths and rang Keymakers. This was just after 5pm and the man who answered the phone explained that they close at 5, but given the circumstances he gave me the mobile number of one of their locksmiths who was out on a job. I asked roughly how much it might cost and it sounded very reasonable. Phoned the mobile number, he said he was on a call-out about 10 miles away but as soon as he'd finished he'd come over, said it would be about one hour (which was sooner than I'd expected). About 10 minutes later he rang me to say he had a colleague locksmith who was still working, and was on a call nearer us, who then rang me to confirm the address and was at our flats in half an hour or less. Very friendly and efficient guy, sorted the problem quickly without having to change the barrel. Next day when my neighbour was emailed the bill it was exactly as I'd been quoted. Based on this experience I can't praise Keymakers highly enough - all three people were honest, helpful, competent, friendly and charged a very reasonable rate. I've saved their number on my phone in case I ever need a locksmith. Recommended!
