I couldn’t recommend Poplar Vets more highly for the care they’ve given my beloved cat! From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. My cat usually gets nervous at the vet, but the team handled her with such gentleness and professionalism that he stayed calm throughout the visit. The veterinarians are clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all my questions with patience and care. The facilities are spotless, well-equipped, and clearly designed with pets' comfort in mind. If you’re looking for a vet that treats your pet like family, Poplar Vets is the place to go. Very caring, professional and supportive staff. The whole team at both Wood Wharf and Poplar branches, did all they could to help my very sick cat. I am very grateful for all the time and effort, the vets gave, and the kindness the whole team showed me. I can thoroughly recommend Poplar Vets.

Truly amazing vet practice the Wood Wharf Vets! I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Wood Wharf Vet Clinic! I brought my male cat Onyx in for neutering this morning and, like any pet parent, was nervous, especially since I had to go to work right after. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Becky and a kind gentleman at the reception. Yekaterina, who looked after my cat, was incredibly knowledgeable and caring, which instantly put my mind at ease. Thanks to them, I was able to go through my busy day without constantly worrying. When I returned to pick up my cat after his procedure, Amy, another lovely member of the Wood Wharf staff, took the time to go over all the post-op care instructions both verbally and in writing, ensuring I felt confident about his recovery. The level of professionalism and compassion at Wood Wharf is a world apart from my previous vet practice, and I couldn’t be happier that I chose them as our new veterinary home. Thank you, Wood Wharf team, for making this experience so reassuring for both me and my cat!

These guys have been amazing. We're doing 4+ different procedures over the next 6 months, at least 3 of which are large surgical procedures and the team have been great. Special shout out to both Becky and Coral for dealing with the insurance company when they've been difficult. You guys have been invaluable!
