Me and two of my family went to Bagaara on New Year’s Eve and we were so impressed! The atmosphere was great, the staff were really friendly and the food was amazing. Really different to some Indian cuisines and the menu had lots of things I hadn’t seen before on it. I recommend the cauliflower starter it was so tasty! My eighteen year old son is hard to please and he gave everything a 10/10. I would definitely recommend people to try it as it won’t disappoint 👍🏻

I recently dined at this Indian restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was warm and inviting, that set the perfect mood. The portions were generous, and each starter was packed with flavor. But the highlight was the authentic Hyderabadi biryani. It is rich, and cooked to perfection. The best curry I've had in a longtime! After getting a takeaway and being blown away by Bagaara we decided to try their new restaurant, it was a brilliant experience the food was absolutely mouthwatering and was packed full of flavour. The restaurant is clean with nice decor, we will definitely be back and recommending to everyone we know!

Seriously good food. Ordered twice and both times the food was amazing. Packed full of flavour and quite big portions too! Had the plantain, jerk chicken, oxtail & dumplings. Hope these guys take off and open full time!

What can I say about this guys food other than utterly outstanding every time we order . Here at Armley garden centre just opposite WNKD Leeds , we wait most days for the shutters to go up and his shop lighting to be switched on . Within 10 minutes of ordering our food is piping hot and ready to collect. The portion size is always massive and for a very reasonable price, the jerk chicken leg is to die for along with everything on the menu. Amazing flavour and a spicy kick, just what you need in the winter months as a belly warmer . Definitely a rating of 12/10 if we could . We wish him all the best for his future. The very best food place to eat in all of Leeds in our opinion. You won’t be disappointed honestly. Thanks Mr WNKD, see you tomorrow 👍👍

The food was so wholesome! Amazing honestly guys. Please keep up this standard! I got the Curry Goat & Jerk Chicken Meals. Tasted amazing. I grew up eating a lot of Caribbean food in my neighbourhood in Birmingham. & I must say this is high quality very tasty.

Great place and delicious food. Could not recommend this place any more. My go-to is the Chicken Rasta Pasta and a side of Jerk Chicken.

This has been an amazing dinner tonight. The menu of the day was an incredible value and for excellent food. My prawn tempura and steak were perfectly presented and both cooked as requested. The dark chocolate fondant was so delicious. My husband had the chicken liver parfait and then Yorkshire pork. Both were just as good as mine. We did dinner with wine which were very good for the price and were nice addition. Cushla and John as well as all staff were professional and wonderful servers. As many new places come and go this restaurant has been around a long time and my only regret is not coming g in sooner. I will certainly be back!

Pretty hidden restaurant located under Quebec's hotel but definitely worth a visit. We ate on a Friday lunchtime and expected to eat from the set menu we'd seen online but unusually they only offer this in the evening. They do have a bar menu for lunch but we opted for the main menu and the food was delicious. Highlights were the french onion soup & Fillet steak gateaux, not the cheapest but absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent with a good recommendation from the extensive wine list from our friendly waiter. We will definitely be back.

Tamanna provided an exceptional experience while welcoming and serving a guest. Despite being younger, her knowledge was impressive for her age. She was attentive, well-groomed, and easy to approach. In the restaurant, she explained each dish in detail, showcasing her expertise and making the dining experience enjoyable.

Amazing good with such outstanding flavours. Creative presentation. Very professional way pf managing a very busy restaurant without fuss or delay but with complete calm. We were pressured unto buying an additional rice as the waitress thought we needed it and didn't listen to us but we didn't let it spoil the Amazing meal. We will definitely return next time we are in Leeds and would recommend this experience to anyone who loves good food

What a gem of a place. We’ve been visiting Tharavadu for a number of years now. It’s been a while since our last visit due to circumstance but we managed to get there on Saturday afternoon with some friends for a long overdue catch up. My word, we were NOT disappointed! The menu since COVID has been reduced but that is certainly not a bad thing. I feel the team have concentrated on their core dishes and have made the menu so ‘understandable’. Better descriptions of food therefore making it easier to select the right dish and accompaniment . The food was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back. i can wholly recommend the king prawns to start and the fish stew as a main, just superb. As always the service was excellent. Stunning experience, adapted food as much as they could for wife’s garlic intolerance. Only thing missing was able to have a jus with the Sunday dinner as that meant her Yorkshire pudding was dry. But flavour combinations, combined with high quality cooking blew our minds. The service was high class and is how hospitality should be done, just brilliant from everyone making us feel so welcome. The signed menu was a nice touch. One of the best food experiences ever

A very enjoyable evening out of Chef Jono. Our first visit but we were made to feel extremely welcome. The manager offering to take our coats to the cloakroom then asking if we had any dietary requirements or special needs. Cool tap water was available throughout the evening, drinks were served promptly after ordering. We had the 12 course signature tasting menu. It had a large range of dishes, a highlight being the absolutely superb "not French onion soup" The wait staff were attentive, introduced each dish clearly and were on hand to answer any questions. Portion sizes were just right and by the time we'd finished we couldn't eat any more. The speed of service was a fraction too fast. You'd just finished a course and had the plates removed and it felt like the next course arrived straight after. I'm not asking for 15 minutes between courses, but a little bit longer to allow you to savour each course would be my preference. The music was needed to help the ambience and not overhear other tables, but depending on where you were sitting, it was just that bit too loud for conversation. The tall male waiter topped up our water and managed to drip on the table or cutlery every single time. It's such a small thing, but having to wipe the table with the serviette each time shouldn't be necessary. We'd like to specifically mention Darcy. What a lovely young lady and an absolute credit to your business. She was pleasant, easy to talk to and made you feel like she was genuinely interested in what you had to say. At no point in the evening did we feel rushed or pressured to finish. The lack of light in the entrance to the toilets is a mistake. It needs a dim light, just so you aren't walking into a pitch black room. I observed numerous people walking in and feeling the walls looking for the door. Speaking to the wait staff, it seems like they haven't actually tasted every dish. So when asking about a particular course, they were unable to answer from experience. Seems a strange thing for a restaurant of this level. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant, but could be improved.

We thoroughly enjoyed our first food tasting experience at V&V for our wedding anniversary. We were looked after so well from the moment we arrived, with such attentive customer service. Every course was delicious and presented so perfectly, it was just the perfect amount with the beef and cauliflower cheese course being our favourite. My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at Tattu, between waiting for trains. We were served by Amber, who was attentive, diligent, warm and courteous. Any establishment is lucky to have her. She recommended the perfect amount of dishes and pairings for us both and guided us through the menu. As halal diners, the menu provides plenty of appropriate options - a stand out dish has to be the mushroom spring rolls. A must go for Leeds foodies.

The drinks are very expensive. The food was absolutely amazing & definitely worth it with 40% off. We had the £90 per head set menu & in all honesty there was too much food. Our dessert was changed as they’d run out of sticky toffee which is a bit disappointing given we dined at 5pm. Also we were given the same cutlery for each wave, which personally I’d have preferred new. Our waiter was great, explaining everything & was really knowledgable & friendly. Would definitely return while they have offers on or for a special occasion but probably not affordable for a general visit

Visited for the first time last Saturday. The decor inside is amazing, really beautiful place. We had booked a table online, however we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I understand waiting 5-10 minutes, but 30 minutes was longer than expected. However on the plus side, we did manage to get a drink from the bar, which was really good. Bar staff have an excellent knowledge of drinks. We settled for the signature set menu. It was absolutely incredible, the tastes and flavours were superb. We were left to enjoy the food and felt that we were given enough time to enjoy the experience. I had ask the staff a couple times for a fork to use, however this never arrived but with it being a busy Saturday I understand things get forgotten. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience, we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Just had a takeaway from Burger Boi Leeds, and it was fantastic! The burger was juicy and flavorful, and everything arrived hot and well-packaged. Definitely one of the best takeaways I've had in a while—can't wait to order again!

I can’t recommend Burger Boi enough! The food was absolutely delicious – everything arrived piping hot, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. This was my first visit to the cut and craft Leeds i have visited the one in York a few time and loved York. The Leeds one did not disappoint at all was very nice the inside is very up market and posh which is what we wanted for our special occasion, The food was amazing and so was the service. My only pit was the kids menu we went at lunch time with our boy who loves the side dish of Yorkshire pudding gravy and roast potatoes, which he as when we visit York and was looking forward to this hear but sadly this was not on the menu. Lucky for us the chips and gray came to the rescue. The adults in our party enjoyed the meals and as expected. the whole experience is very good. I even had to buy one of the beer packs to take home as i love the big beer glasses you have.

Absolutely superb! Came for a quiet celebration meal and was not disappointed. Our server (Charlotte) was very attentive. The food was excellent (steak was little on the rare side of medium rare but that's how I like it). Pudding was nice and light after a very hearty meal. The cocktails were all delicious - excellent recommendation from Charlotte. We will be back!

Outstanding place we are lucky to have to have such an amazing place in our city. I can't get over the beautiful building and how nice it is that it has been so beautifully restored. Came at lunch time today, the service was brilliant! Very attentive and professional yet friendly staff. The lady on the door with brown hair hosting who showed us to our table was super friendly. The food is amazing- I knew this place is good as I've heard a lot of good things about it from a few people. But it exceeded my expectations. The younger staff on the door on the way out seemed to be chatting amongst themselves and I didn't get a bye but that is me being ridiculously picky. Thankyou and can't wait to come back!

Wow! What a stunning interior, the place is beautiful and there's a great atmosphere in the restaurant. I'd heard a great deal about the restaurant before making our 1st trip. We walked in off the street around 6pm with no booking. Escorted upstairs to an empty floor, we were a bit dubois that we may have a bit of a quiet one?! It was Wednesday evening after all, but no.....within 60 mins the place was heaving. Our service was excellent, very attentive and professional. I did expect a slightly larger menu choice but this is certainly not a negative against that. However, I'm convinced I fell on a bad day. My rib eye was pretty bad, extremely sinuey and very very chewy, definitely a poor cut. The rest of the meal was great and we would go again but I'd expect the chef to inspect the quality of steaks before cooking. I probably only ended up eating half of my rib eye due to it being non edible. Don't let this put anyone off, I'm sure it's a 1 off as the restaurant does have an avid following!

Spotted the brasserie while I was exploring along the canal and thought I would give it a try even though I had dinner plans. The service was good and friendly. I ordered the fish soup which was tasty. I'll definitely be coming back to try the other items on menu. Update: went back and had a 3 course meal. They didn't disappoint. Service was great and so was the food. For dessert they had a raspberry souffle which was really nice.

I'm usually rather reluctant when it comes to chain restaurants but honestly had a marvelous experience! The food was very tasty, staff very polite, and a very cozy atmosphere. The only downside was the wait time for the food... We waited over an hour for our mains.

An outstanding restaurant with very delicious food. Had dum biriyani, which was flavourful and generously portioned, the crispy and flaky bread on top was a standout feature. The drinks desserts are also great. The interior design, service and atmosphere is also very nice.

We thought the food would be the only good thing that we will remember but even the service was outstanding, super fast and friendly. Specially, KHIZER was the best server at my Lahore that’s what he said but really he was the best…… so please do promote this guy!!!! He needs a raise….
