Really really great service from Dan. Honest and upfront with the cost, excellent quick and easy communication via WhatsApp, arrived exactly when he said he would, left it clean and tidy, great workmanship and just an all round nice chap. Had to give 5 stars because you can't give 6! Dan is an excellent plumber who responds quickly and clearly to any requests. We agreed a time and price. He arrived bang on time and did the job for the agreed price. No fuss, no bother. Can't fault him. Photo shows new valve fitted by today. A small job perhaps but important.

MK Plumbing & Heating did a great job replacing my old boiler that was 15 years old. They put in a new Glow Worm boiler for me and I'm really happy with it. They gave me the best price out of all the quotes I got and they were super professional. They did the work neatly and didn't leave any mess. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. We needed a new boiler as our broke down just as the cold weather arrived. Gary came out and identified the problem. He ordered the new boiler and it was installed within the week. As we were without heating they also loaned us some convector heaters. Rob installed the new boiler and was efficient , tidy, punctual and explained how the new boiler worked. Gary phoned the next day to check we were happy and warm with the new boiler. Would definitely recommend the company.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

I had a problem with no hot water, last week. So called Tom from TT Gas & Heating Services. He was able to come out the next day and see what the problem was. Found the problem inside the boiler and ordered the parts straight away. Tom was very clean and tidy whilst working and repairing the boiler. Tom did a fantastic job, would highly recommend him. Also coming back to do some smaller jobs.

Phoned TT Gas and Heating Services at 7pm on a Friday night because water was pouring through ceiling. Tom arrived in 20 minutes and stopped leak then returned 4 days later and replaced emersion heater. He was professional, pleasant, efficient and a true godsend in an emergency. He also charged a very reasonable rate for his services. I would strongly recommend TT Gas and Heating Services to others
