This includes the admin team, who were easy to deal with and kept me fully informed, through to the service engineer and the plumbers, who were polite, worked well, kept me informed of the work done and altogether professional.

Process was made very simple from start to finish. The engineers that we have had on site have all been really polite, on time and kept our house tidy throughout. Friendly and helpful office team, would definitely recommend.
