We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. I took the opportunity to have a new shower head fitted too & I'm extremely pleased with it

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Pete was brilliant. He managed to come over on the same day I contacted him regards our boiler not working, was quick and efficient, and not too expensive. He was also very honest about work that may need doing in future on our boiler and heating system, without pressuring us to get the work done straight away. Artisan were amazing. We first used them when we won a facebook comp for a filtered drinking water tap. They were so professional and tidy we knew then when we were upgrading our bathrooms etc we would use them. From March 19 we started to refurbish the whole house (3 story town house). We liaised with Linda and James (Artisan) on what we wanted to do - the whole house. They would do all our plumbing needs ie., 1 x bathroom, 1 x en-suite and 1 x downstairs WC, all radiators. Linda would also project manage everything as she knows exactly what to do and when to do it. We also needed joiners, painters, electrician, tiler and flooring - and we asked Linda and James who they would recommend as they link in with companies on a regular basis. Again, Linda would project manage everyone as we went with all their suggestions. Together we came up with a price for each of the bathrooms where we chose all the fitments etc. The initial price was a lot higher than we wanted and Linda therefore did a lot of work sending us to Shepton Mallet to choose alternative fittings (but not as expensive). She worked everything out down to the last part and came in at what we wanted to pay. (With the money we saved we did actually get them to do additional work, and changed some things to the most expensive where we deemed it best). James came round every Friday to check on how the work was getting on and pushing the guys along if they need it. He also took all the old materials away each week so we never had anything hanging around for long. The rooms were hoovered and tidied up every day so we could utilise rooms as and when. They sorted out our main bathroom initially so we could then live on our top floor with the bedroom and bath while they worked on the en-suite etc. This worked really well. All the other craftsmen/women were fantastic and of the same high calibre as Artisan. Linda will let you have the details of these if you need them and I suggest you use them if you want a good job. The work was finished after 4-5 months and the house looks amazing - this is all thanks to Artisan as without them we wouldn't have the house/home we do now. They also continued to help out after their work with the plumbing had been finalised. Our Kitchen was done separately through another specialist company. We can't recommend Artisan (Linda and James) enough. They and their workers were brilliant. The craftsman ship of all the work is first class. We spent a huge amount refurbishing and we are pleased with every penny spent. (We have both unfortunately had cowboy builders in the past so know things can go wrong if you don't use a reputable company). Please please please use Artisan if you want a beautiful, professional and friendly job done. Sam and Dave

Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. We've been super-happy with Joe and his colleagues. Highly recommended. We discoevered Joe through a previous small job at our colttage where they were sub-contracted by our builder. This week, they replaced a whole lot of ageing night-storage heaters with modern, programmable radiators at our rather old and crumbly cottage in Dorset. Joe gave great advice, answering every email really quickly. We were away when they did the job over a couple of days. We returned to find everything completed absolutely perfectly. The cabling from our meter was rewired as needed. Everything just right. New radiators installed, firmly fixed to our walls of various weird and historic materials. Other than the radiators being installed, we wouldn't have known they'd been here! The heavy old contraptions full of grime and bricks had been dismantled and taken away without any fuss, or dust. Through no fault of theirs, one of the new radiators had a little fault. They responded instantly and had sourced and installed a new one within 24 hours. Unbelievable! I have been considering creating an en suite shower room and effecting some external works at my property but was somewhat daunted by managing a project. Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating Services and James Newsam Construction were recommended by neighbours. Joe and James, who often work in collaboration, came to assess what was required and quote a week after contact. Options were discussed, sensible advice given and a detailed quote and anticipated start date followed shortly thereafter. The Project commenced on the agreed start date with a team of professional, pleasant, experienced, local trades arriving one after the other! all were well-briefed, hard working and consulted me in relation to any decisions (style of doors, placement of switches etc) as necessary. The ethos and importance of "Customer Satisfaction" was obvious throughout. Any queries I had were responded to by Joe or James, usually within the hour. Joe managed the sequence of events entirely for all the electrical and plumbing work, which was completed to a very high standard. I am delighted with my new En Suite Shower Room, it is spacious, practical and stylish and will doubtless add value to my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Joe Newton Electrical, Plumbing and Heating, who I will definitely use again. PS the final Invoice was exactly as quote and I literally could not fault any part of the service I received.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

The engineers, Ben and Connor were very courteous and the workmanship of the highest standard: neatest hole through wall I have ever seen. All tested thoroughly before leaving.
