Joshua and his team are so professional and trustworthy. Dave, lovely guy, laid our new patio and Jake was on hand to help with maintaining our borders and installing new edging. Josh and the team were really helpful and reliable. They removed and disposed of our old slippery decking and laid a great patio area and steps to the garden. I have recently had a bespoke garden created by Urban Earth. The work consisted of installing a large patio and building a rockery with a retaining wall and steps on a grass covered, steeply sloping back garden. I paid extra to have Urban Earth design the entire project, money well spent as the ideas generated by Jacob proved to be essential in producing a very well-constructed and balanced garden. He was also on hand to advise as the work progressed. The work was undertaken by one of Urban Earths dedicated teams, who remain on site until the project is finished. I was able to observe the work as it progressed and was truly impressed with the quality of the team’s workmanship. Nothing was too much trouble to achieve a very high quality of finish. The attention to detail, double checking measurements, the regular use of spirit levels and the ability to create an eye pleasing design. The team led by a master craftsman known as “H”, supported by equally skilled workers, worked tirelessly from beginning to the end. Before accepting Urban Earth’s quotation for this Project, I looked at other gardening companies to compare costs. Urban Earth’s quote was the highest, but the promise of excellent high quality work, supported by the backup of a multi teamed Company, persuaded me to employ them. I am so very pleased that I did. You only get what you pay for, and I received the very highest quality of workmanship and support. We did experience problems with the supply of some materials, which was resolved by Urban Earth’s excellent office team. I always felt that Urban Earth, led so admirably by the MD, Phil Yolland, was behind you at every stage. My wife and I are truly delighted with the finished garden, which gives us pleasure every day. I have no hesitation in recommending Urban Earth.

We asked for a quote from Urban Earth to transform our little terraced house back yard into a beautiful garden. We were happy to pay a bit more than others were quoting as we knew the work would be a high standard (having seen firsthand what they’ve done elsewhere.) H and his team have been outstanding. Really thoughtful, keeping us in the loop throughout and making sure we were happy with each stage and decision. The quality is beyond even our high expectations and we’re confident that we made the right choice going with this excellent company.

We needed to make changes to our garden as the decking was rotting and we couldn’t manage the maintenance of the flower beds and gravel paths. Urban Earth provided us with a design to our specifications of replacing the decking and gravel by suggesting porcelain tiles. They also reduced the raised flower beds in size and bounded with sleepers as well as levelling the lawn reducing our maintenance to a level that we feel we can manage ourselves. We cannot fault the workmanship of James and his team producing a high quality finish. The driveway and front garden were utilised for the storing of equipment and spoils but, once the job was complete everything was left tidy and clean.

Steven built a new wooden pergola in my garden after dismantling the old structure which had broken under the weight of the climbing plants. He also built a new patio after replacing the rotten wooden decking with bricks. I am delighted with both! He worked so hard in a short space of time and communicated brilliantly. He also has high standards & likes to complete a job properly. He was happy to collaborate (e.g. about the colour of bricks I wanted) & presented clear invoices throughout, breaking them down into labour & materials. I have no hesitation in recommending Steven & indeed will be using him again for another project in the new year.

Steven and his team have been an absolute joy to work with. We’ve had some major renovations and decorating done which was a bigger job than we could have handled. Steven project managed the whole thing and was able to recommend great local tradesmen for the bits he wasn’t able to do himself. Stripping walls, painting, flooring, radiators, sockets, curtain poles, shelving and completely revamping the kitchen cupboards - Steven always kept us in the loop, gave us options and offered sound advice. He and the team always left our home each day tidy and clean, and all the work was well priced. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Steven and his team for any house renovation or decorating job.
