Marc and the team did a fantastic job installing decking at the top of our steep garden. The work was of the highest quality, including an impressive structure with posts, and steps with handrail up to the decking. The team were professional, friendly and communicated well. Our driveway fence and gate needed replacing due to age and repeated battering from the recent storms. Marc provided a competitive quote and went on to complete the job quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. Friendly, approachable and professional, Marc also went above and beyond, organising a skip at short notice and clearing our rotten decking from the side of the house. They were also very considerate of our property and even went to the effort of safely securing a large unexpected delivery in our absence. Communicative throughout, we were also provided with a certificate to prove that the waste was disposed of properly. We recommend 100% and would definitely use MSW Landscaping again.

I have used Marc at Msw Landscaping many times in the past 11 years and have always been delighted with the quality of his workmanship and his excellent customer service. Marc has installed a very large area of composite decking, including a raised upper level and handrail. From the initial consultations to the final day, Marc has been the consummate professional and so kind and patient. James Dean Garden Maintenance can be highly recommended for all aspects of garden maintenace. On moving to a house with a very neglected garden, our family greatly appreciated their skill in renovating whole areas, including building raised beds, planting good quality shrubs and plants. Dan & Iona, as a team, are a dedicated, hard working and meticulous couple about their work ethos, which actually makes it easier to understand their dedication in what they do. It all gets 100% effort in whatever they are doing and whatever the weather! From start to finish, it was a pleasure when they arrived each day and just cracked on with the task. Another point I have to raise is that Dan looks and works at the task as though it is his own garden so you'll know it's as good as you will expect it to be. We have been using Simon for the last 3 years and are very happy with his punctuality, knowledge and professionalism. Having recently moved to our new house we asked Simon to strip back and redesign the existing over grown flower beds at the front and rear of the house. Simon visited us and took great care to ensure he thoroughly understood our requirements (form, colour structure etc.). He provided a full listing of the plants he recommended together with a very reasonably priced quotation which met our design brief perfectly. Simon worked extremely hard, was punctual, courteous and very professional. The quality of his work was of the highest standard and he always left the garden in a tidy state at the end of each day.
