Artisan were amazing. We first used them when we won a facebook comp for a filtered drinking water tap. They were so professional and tidy we knew then when we were upgrading our bathrooms etc we would use them.

From March 19 we started to refurbish the whole house (3 story town house). We liaised with Linda and James (Artisan) on what we wanted to do - the whole house. They would do all our plumbing needs ie., 1 x bathroom, 1 x en-suite and 1 x downstairs WC, all radiators. Linda would also project manage everything as she knows exactly what to do and when to do it.

We also needed joiners, painters, electrician, tiler and flooring - and we asked Linda and James who they would recommend as they link in with companies on a regular basis. Again, Linda would project manage everyone as we went with all their suggestions.

Together we came up with a price for each of the bathrooms where we chose all the fitments etc. The initial price was a lot higher than we wanted and Linda therefore did a lot of work sending us to Shepton Mallet to choose alternative fittings (but not as expensive). She worked everything out down to the last part and came in at what we wanted to pay. (With the money we saved we did actually get them to do additional work, and changed some things to the most expensive where we deemed it best).

James came round every Friday to check on how the work was getting on and pushing the guys along if they need it. He also took all the old materials away each week so we never had anything hanging around for long. The rooms were hoovered and tidied up every day so we could utilise rooms as and when.

They sorted out our main bathroom initially so we could then live on our top floor with the bedroom and bath while they worked on the en-suite etc. This worked really well.

All the other craftsmen/women were fantastic and of the same high calibre as Artisan. Linda will let you have the details of these if you need them and I suggest you use them if you want a good job.

The work was finished after 4-5 months and the house looks amazing - this is all thanks to Artisan as without them we wouldn't have the house/home we do now. They also continued to help out after their work with the plumbing had been finalised.

Our Kitchen was done separately through another specialist company.

We can't recommend Artisan (Linda and James) enough. They and their workers were brilliant. The craftsman ship of all the work is first class. We spent a huge amount refurbishing and we are pleased with every penny spent. (We have both unfortunately had cowboy builders in the past so know things can go wrong if you don't use a reputable company).

Please please please use Artisan if you want a beautiful, professional and friendly job done.

Our job was very small, capping off a leaking pipe from an old defunct heating system still in situ. Artisan came to the rescue and were super efficient, polite, speedy and clean as well as very competently fixing the problem which unfortunately a previous plumber had left us with. We'd highly recommend them and would definitely use them again (when we need to replace our ageing boiler for starters!). A huge thank you.

Following a very competitive quotation, in 2017 James and his team installed a brand new central heating boiler and radiator system at my home in Langport. This work was very satisfactorily completed within a week and I have been more than happy with the efficiency of my system and its ease of operation. Following some window work to a bedroom a radiator valve cover went "missing". I contacted Artisan in order to source a replacement and one was posted out free of charge. This week I had a minor issue with air in a couple of radiators and was offered a possible solution in case a visit was not necessary :-) I didn't want to "fiddle" with the boiler so I asked for an engineer to call and the matter was resolved within a couple of days plus he gave clear guidance as to what to do in future. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Artisan both for the work and the after service!
