We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.

So pleased with the everything Paul did from replying to my phone call immediately to coming and sorting out the boiler problems the next day. Called these guys for in an emergency as our radiator came off the wall and they sent an engineer out really quickly! Jack arrived promptly and made the situation safe and re hung the radiator. Very tidy and professional would recommend highly he's a credit to the company.

Dan came out at short notice at the weekend and investigated a leak under our house. It turned out to be a big job but Dan sorted it with the utmost professionalism. Absolutely no problem with recommending Dan who is also a really nice guy. 5 stars all round.

I contacted Marck to help identify the cause of a significant leak, he responded that evening and visited the next day. Upon investigation, identified a couple of possible faults, booked himself in the next morning and has fixed the leak. Pleasant, reliable and effective service. Highly recommend.

Marck was brilliant, our water heater had broke and he was quick to come and help us replace the broken unit. He did a great job installing the new unit.

Mark knows a lot about showers and shower screens. Our large glass shower door had dropped over the years and Mark came round and re-aligned it perfectly. Highly recommend him for all types of plumbing and bathroom fixtures and fitting.
