Ken is very knowledgeable, competent and committed to providing a very high standard of workmanship. He is also honest and transparent in all his communications, which helps create a strong sense of trust and peace of mind. He is probably the best gas engineer I came across and I would certainly use him again in the future.

Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Had water leaking through the ceiling. Phoned Todd early on a Saturday Morning and he was with us within minutes. The leek was found to be coming from within a wall and in an awkward position. Although he was limited for time he still ensured that all the necessary work was completed. Cannot fault the service provided. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Todd has come to our home on a number of occasions, to fit a shower, new bathroom, remove old radiators, fit new radiators, leaking taps. We had so many problems with our home through renovations and Todd was fantastic on each occasion, fitting us in last minute to ensure other trades could complete works. I thank my lucky stars I found Todd. The inlet valve on my combi boiler was not switching off. As I am new to the area I now live in, I knew no contractors and had no recommendations. I went to what I thought was a local accredited company for help. They charged me £128 for a call out and diagnostic visit. They then wanted to charge me £155 for a new part, £207 for labour + VAT. In despair at this extortionate sum, I contacted Todd. He visited the next day, unjammed the valve, gave it a squirt of oil and charged me just £80. This is your man. He knows exactly what he is doing and does it quickly and efficiently. His contact number is now permanently in my phone. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much, Todd.

Patrick did the installation of the heating and hot water systems in our new build home 10 years ago and has looked it ever since with annual servicing and any upgrade work we have requested such as water softeners. Super friendly, reliable and trustworthy gas and plumbing engineer.

Ben was friendly, great value, lots of experience. He answered promptly and came straight over. We had a new oven fitted and a service on our boiler. After speaking with 5 other local suppliers (most of which didn't even call back!) Ben was by far the most competitive and with the best service. Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. I had a very old sit down shower replaced with a bath tub. They came and discussed options, I got a quote shortly after, agreed date for the works. They did exactly what they said they would in agreed timescale, were very clean, tidy in the work and managed to take off and reuse my tiles. Very happy with the work and would highly recommend.

Jodie was excellent, got back to me swiftly and completed 2 jobs on different occasions. Fixed a toilet flush and some external pipes that were leaking. She was also going to replace my shower- but after further investigation she told me to get the boiler checked first before she replaced. This honest conversation saved me having to replace the shower and a broken part in the boiler. I’ll be using Jodie again and would definitely be recommending her. Great job!
