Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard. Since installation, Craig has helped me navigate using the system via text. Answering my (probably daft) questions quickly and thoroughly. I know I will be using Craig for all future services and any future plumbing issues, and will be recommending his services to everyone going forward too.

Emergency with toilet .. on a sat!!. Came as soon as... Great & honest service. Explained everything as he went along .Even when had issues came back on the Sunday to sort it out. Definitely be our go to plumber in future.

We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate.
