Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. The plumber arrived on time. We had a part fail and we had sent a photo of that part, he arrived with a new one and installed it and checked everything was working before he left. We have used MJS before and are happy to use them in the future. Would recommend them.

Our 20 year old gas boiler was replaced with a new Worcester Bosch unit by MJS. The whole process from quote to installation took just three weeks. We were impressed with the friendly and professional approach throughout and, apart from a minor issue in connecting the programmer to the boiler, the installation went without a hitch. Above and beyond communication at all stages from initial call to repair and invoicing. Tony and Graham were one of the few plumbers in the area that responded to a request. Tony gave an honest appraisal of the work needed, prioritising and minimising the work and associated costs. Both he and Graham were helpful, efficient, tidy, no-nonsense guys, who knew their stuff. They provided a responsive and good value service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant company and the manager,Tony was great👍 I knew some repairs were needed on my boiler and he came round within a few days for the service and then was back just two days later for the repairs. Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

My original boiler finally gave up the ghost, contacted Plumbline (a family recommendation)...And here my review begins, great communication clear and precise, arrived on time, complied with C-19 safety measures. The plumbline boys tested/assessed then removed the old boiler quickly and efficiently, a few crucial changes made to comply with current safety standards without a seconds thought or issue. The new vent hole in place and everything prepped for the new boiler, the Plumbline boys had all the kit they need to complete the job with great planning and efficiently. New boiler fitted, acid cleaned the system, tested and running like a dream (incredibly quiet too) All the paperwork completed and all tests and check correct....job done! The guys at plumbline are so lovely, polite, respectful, trusted, work hard but effortlessly well together. Thank you Jayson and Calum a brilliant job professionally completed. Not all plumbers wear capes but these two definitely should. You are my heroes 🙏
