We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate. Really happy our gas provider uses MC Heating and Plumbing Big thanks to Craig

Emergency with toilet .. on a sat!!. Came as soon as... Great & honest service. Explained everything as he went along .Even when had issues came back on the Sunday to sort it out. Definitely be our go to plumber in future.

Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard. Since installation, Craig has helped me navigate using the system via text. Answering my (probably daft) questions quickly and thoroughly. I know I will be using Craig for all future services and any future plumbing issues, and will be recommending his services to everyone going forward too.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. Really nice man and highly recommended.

Luke is professional plumber and heating engineer, meticulous and hard working. He is extremely polite, listened to our requirements and is measured in his demeanour. Luke retro fitted out entire central heating and water system inc’ boiler. Highly recommend him.

Luke is a top bloke, I messaged him at asking to take a look at removing a bathroom for me and within the hour he popped over. Later that day he provided a great quote and once agreed arranged to come over the next day to do the job. The work was quick and tidy, taking care of everything i had wanted. Highly recommend him, and will be contacting him again in the future for any more plumbing work I have.

I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

Sam replaced my old and dated shower enclosure which required stripping back to the wall timber, dry lining and tiling along with the fitting of shower tray and doors. Along the way Sam identified two small leaks and a problem with the waste which he also resolved as part of the job. Price charged was as quoted. All rubbish cleared was by Sam, and there was a lot ! So pleased with the finished job. Thanks again Sam.

We had our air sourced heat pump serviced, bloke who came checked out a couple of other things for us as well going above and beyond his job role, used shoe covers to keep the floors clean and gave us loads of pointers on how to use & maintain our kit, great job thank you very much

Had a gas to heat pump conversion this week and Inafix was contracted for the install. Every one of their staff were reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgable, tidy and friendly. I didn’t know about this local company until this experience and can highly recommend them as a result. They made the daily household disruption for the project feel easy and organized, instead of stressful as I had anticipated. Really terrific bunch of installers!

Quick response when a gas pipe was cut through. A fast friendly service, and quickly made safe.. I also required a large radiator for my garden room and a water softner. Gentleman came out, discussed what I wanted, advised what would be best and items fitted within 2 weeks. Very friendly staff on the other end of the phone, when you ring, and always helpful.

Martin and Toby serviced the boiler when my Dad moved into his new house, remedying leaks and solving an issue with the expansion vessel which was causing the system to lose pressure. This was all squeezed in and completed quickly and efficiently in the day before Martin was due to go off on holiday. They then fitted a Nest thermostat so replace the unfathomable programmer on the boiler and so the heating would function autonomously, knowing if dad was at home or not. Most recently Dad pulled on a radiator and caused a leak, which was resolved on the next working day. It is reassuring to have friendly, responsive people on hand. Great comms throughout.

Thank you Martin and Toby for helping us out on a Bank Holiday weekend! We woke up to find a leak coming from our water tank, and after calling Martin and explaining the issue, Toby was at my door within 20 mins (we live in the same place so that helps, but we also like to support local trades where we can). He found the issue quickly, and although we need parts to fully fix it, he did everything he could to pretty much stop the leak. He also explained everything really clearly, and Martin also followed up with a call. We will certainly be using Gas Tech in the future!

Pretty good service we had an oil boiler installed had a Few problem with the boiler not total energy fault but they sorted Pretty quickly. My only gripe is total energy have no emergency call out. So like us if something goes wrong at night or the weekend you have to call someone else out. So be prepared for this. Total energy you need to introduce a call out engineer.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

We had a leak on our cylinder that was very dated and Simon was able to come at short notice to check it out and gave us several options for the repair, we decided to upgrade the system which required working in the loft for quite some time. Simon refitted a new cylinder on his time off within a few days, he kept us updated on the progress, he was really helpful and honest about the results we would get in various places in the house. We are very happy with all that has been fitted, there is a huge difference in pressure with our hot water within the whole house and no more noisy pumping system on the first floor, it is above expectations! We hardly knew he was there whilst doing the work. We strongly recommend his services and will definitely contact him again for any future work
