Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. All work done swiftly, cleanly and very efficiently. I will call on him again should the need arise. Highly recommended. Many thanks.

I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

Fantastic company, really brilliant and friendly service . All staff I dealt with went to extra trouble to solve my boiler and hot water tank issues promptly, in one case staying until eight pm to finish the job. Every time I have used them, work and repairs have been scheduled quickly, despite the extra distance they had to travel, and regular updates provided so we didn’t need to wait home all day. I can’t recommend them highly enough, and the bills I have received have been extremely reasonable. Thank you to all the team!

We had We Heat install a new boiler and replace 3 radiators. They did a fantastic job including minimising the disruption while the work was taking place. Very professional and easy to deal with from the initial survey thorough the the work itself. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

Called on Friday to ask advice re a job on our boiler and he popped in the same day to look at it and then quoted a reasonable price by the end of the day. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. I very highly recommend Tap plumbing! I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

I booked my boiler service with Chris (like last year) and asked if he could fit a new tap in my kitchen too. Tap fitted, boiler serviced, fault found and rectified all in the same day. I cannot recommend Luke highly enough. He is very friendly and excellent at his job. He is a qualified plumber and heating engineer so can do everything. We virtually knocked our house down and rebuilt it and Luke did everything, refitting bathrooms and toilets to fitting a brand new central heating system. He is extremely professional and we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Called late evening and spoke to Luke following a leak at a relatives house. He was going to attend within 15 mins but after we isolated the water and arranged for him to attend the following morning- he attended resolved the problem and advised on a couple of other issues. We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate. Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard.
