They are the most helpful plumb shop ever. I go in with a photo of what the problem is and I always come outwith the parts I need and instructions of how to try and sort it out. Staff are so friendly and helpful 🌟

Never ceases to amaze me how knowledgeable Julian, Ash and Chris on the plumbing counter are. I spend ages looking for solutions to equip our newly constructed small WC compartment and over the counter they come up with a host of reasonably priced solutions almost instantly - comparable to internet prices but without the risk of some of the poor quality goods that you hear nightmare stories about. The showroom looks amazing - wide range of designer and mid-range bathrooms on show in this enormous space - but not what I am looking for today.
