I had an attempted break in on a works van and called Absolute locks the following morning for a high security lock replacement. The fitter was with us within 3 hours with the correct part and did an outstanding job. He was professional and efficient at carrying out the repair. Once he’d fitted a stainless steel plate over the damage and replaced the lock , the van looks and is way more secure. New decals the following day and it’s hardly noticeable. This is a number to keep for any future requirements .

Absolutely brilliant company. Workmanship faultless. Our patio doors have never been better. They are working perfectly now and open and close with such ease, so much better than when they were first installed. Will definitely be the first company I ring if I have any future issues. Thank you.

Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. We are very happy with the end result, would recommend to friends and family.

Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.

I honestly don't normally leave reviews. However In a world where finding good reliable trustworthy businesses is pot luck, I can't recommend Aire Valley Locksmiths enough! He goes above and beyond to solve any issues and make any repairs needed! And he is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. If you need a locksmith in the area you really can't go wrong!

2 part review, one for the DIY element and one for the Locksmith DIY - Burhani hardware and all the staff in the shop are very welcoming. As a average DIY person I only have limited knowledge on what I need to do, countless time I’ve gone into the shop with an idea of what I want to buy for my project only to be given advise like “if you do it this way, you’ll only have to buy X,Y and Z” or “this is the tool you’ll need, don’t buy this one” I really appreciate the knowledge they pass on. I always feel comfortable knowing that I’ve always got the best price for whatever I buy and importantly I get a strong sense of helping a small family business rather than a big multimillion pound company lining the pockets of shareholders Locksmiths - My mother has a 2y old new build house, I was surprised that the door stopped locking. I rung the shop and somebody came within 30m and diagnosed the issue. The issue was a broke gearbox. I was really greatful that we were provided an overnight lock to keep the front door safe. This was Thursday afternoon, we were advised that given we’ve missed the deadline for a new gearbox for next day delivery we’d be able to get it fixed Monday to which we were really happy. It transpires that a new lock had to be ordered from Germany on Saturday and he paid extra to have it for Monday morning. To sum up my experience over the years - a really friendly, trustworthy business who are at the heart of the community and will go out of their way to help anybody. Thank you. Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

Amazing service. Our little boy was locked in his bedroom door and the mechanism in the door was shredded. Mark attended within 5mins at 8:00pm on a Wednesday night and had the door open and a replacement lock in place by 8:30pm. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Mark turned up early today in spite of the snow to sort out the jammed door lock to our terrace. He was extremely efficient and knowledgable and had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes despite it being rather fiddly. I also purloined him into dealing with a couple of other minor lock related problems which he was more than happy to do. What a top bloke this man is!!!! Genuinely a legend!!!! Due to some unforeseen hiccups he was unable to sort my issue out the first time around. He managed to come back and get me sorted, when a few others had failed. Not only that, for my inconvenience of not having a car he didn't charge me and wouldn't accept the money as he wanted to make up for the unforeseen hiccups and as an apology for my inconvenience. Imran is a very knowledgeable and skilled individual who completes work to a very high standard! My car key would not turn so I was in despair. I called Imran who was recommended by my garage. He carried out the work on my drive under torch light, and very quickly and efficiently replaced the ignition barrel. I had an issue with my Hyundai i10 remote not working and initially thought it was a battery problem. I contacted "Auto Locksmith Cartonics", and the guy quickly identified the actual issue, which turned out to be a minor one. He fixed it within two minutes! My car keys got lost at a funeral, unfortunately the person who came to re code my keys absolutely ruined the board which you connect the keys too, then after that my car repeatedly kept breaking and not starting. Pin point saved us and provided us with two new keys and a fully working reliable board. Highly recommend, trust worthy, efficient and came as soon as he could. Make sure to do research and check reviews before you choose who you want to deal with your car key issues as we have had months of headache but now pin point have fixed everything my car is working and safe 😊
