Darren arrived on time and was very positive and professional in his work. When he found an issue that could have meant a return visit with another charge, he problem solved and found another solution instead. Darren was contactable prior to his visit, was clean and tidy during and explained what he was doing and why. We had a positive experience.

Came to repair the lock on the front door and was extremely helpful. Initially came out on the same day, needed to order some parts and got the work done really quickly on the return visit and at a very fair price. Would recommend.

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Fantastic service from Dan. He installed new locks, CCTV and an electronic cat flap with bespoke/adjustable steps on our house. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!
