Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. When solutions were not straight forward he was thoughtful in his choice of options. He has got a great work ethic and does everything to a high standard. Excellent service - John arrived as arranged and the duplicate car key was provided in about half an hour. Reasonable price as well. John was very polite and helpful in explaining about the immobiliser function light on the dash. Highly recommended if you need a second vehicle key.

Came to repair the lock on the front door and was extremely helpful. Initially came out on the same day, needed to order some parts and got the work done really quickly on the return visit and at a very fair price. Would recommend.

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

I highly recommend EPRLocksmith. After an over 24hr frustration of locking ourselves outside the flat, we tried getting quotations from others whose prices were just too high, unreasonable and too much needs. I then reached out to EPRLocksmith who had once helped me when I had locked the car keys inside. He quickly picked his call and came to our rescue within 15min. All he asked for was for us to send him the pic of our lock, which i did. He was very friendly and polite. Our problem was sorted within 3 minutes and his charge was very very fair and manageable comparing to what we were getting before. 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

It’s difficult to find great trades people. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. He was great at communicating, was prompt and offered me great advice. I’d have no hesitation in using Kevin’s services again or recommending to others.

Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.
