Fantastic experience with Mihai at SMS Locksmith. Rang at 5.50pm to book in to get my locks replaced, as a non urgent call out, they said they would be with me within 30 mins if that worked for me. I said great, new locks for £169. Very impressed. Mihai explained the process and the price before the work started, quote felt very reasonable. Happy customer!

Panicked this morning when door lock failed and couldn’t get out of front door. Was surprised at the speed with which they sent Mihai. He was great! He fixed the lock in no time and noticed another security/fire risk I’ve just always lived with - and fixed it right then and there! Absolutely delighted with the response and workmanship.
