Having been locked out as a result of my door swelling in winter. I called this company and the guy showed up in minutes. He got me back in and he could have just taken the money and left but instead sorted out my door, ensured the door now worked smoothly and showed me what I needed to do in the future. This was proper service that is now rarely found. This was New Years eve and I was lucky to find this company.I suggest you save his number to your phone.

Was recommended Bill by a local key shop and he attended that day, sorted out my lock and provided advice on something else. Could use Apple Pay and got sent a digital receipt! Bill is lovely!

I got locked out after the locking system broke while I was locking up. Given the damage to the locking system rather than me just losing my keys I was concerned it would be difficult to get back in, but thankfully they managed to get me back in and quickly replaced the locking system. Would definitely recommend.
