Highly recommend Shane called him out as I could not open UPV window. Thought I needed new lock. He came out and said I don’t need a new one it was just a stiff handle. Very honest man as he could have changed the handle and charged me. Will certainly recommend his company.

Excellent service and very knowledable! I needed a mortice lock changed on a timber front door. Shane was very easy to make contact with. I contacted him over WhatsApp and he responded within minutes. I told him what my needs were and he explained what the best option was. His price was reasonable and he was available almost immediately at a time that suited me. He came on time, carried out the work professionally and tidied up after the work was completed leaving it looking considerably better than the previous lock had likely ever looked!. He then took the time to explain to me how the lock worked, demonstrated it to me and made sure I knew how to use it. Throughout the process Shane was very polite and courteous. A true professional locksmith. I have a slightly strange security setup and Shane knew exactly the issue and how to resolve it before attending - others had failed to resolve the issue I was having. Exactly the service I would expect from a master locksmith and is reasonably priced. I also got a whole host of information before Shane left on how to manage and maintain my security requirements.
