Nicky was brilliant - would 100% recommend. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon, he was with us by Sunday to give an honest opinion & quote on what needed doing. Nick certainly ticks all the boxes. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and was both courteous and workmanlike. He had a suitable new lock and, although it was difficult to take out the old lock, he soon had the new lock fitted He made no mess and removed all bits and pieces not required. I would have no hesitation in recommending him warmly to anyone!

We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. Our only regret was not ringing Nick first! Would highly recommend.

Gareth from Locum Locks did a great job of replacing a broken set of double door locks on our conservatory. He gave a straightforward estimation of cost when he did a site visit to check the doors out. He then came back with the necessary part. Replaced everything, left the place neat and tidy and the price was sensible and seemed reasonable for the time taken and parts needed. Much appreciated.

Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required, including the price, then offered to do it whenever was convenient - there and then if I wanted it (albeit one aspect needed a part, so a return visit was needed regardless). The price was really fair and when he came to do the work he actually went above and beyond to make the property as secure as he possibly could - including resolving an issue I hadn’t been aware of, for no extra charge. Would use again and thoroughly recommend.

My front door lock failed when I was away and neighbours couldn’t get in to feed the cats. Paul responded to my inquiry within the hour and offered same day or next day service. He carried out the repair at a very reasonable price. Paul is extremely polite as well as professional. Highly recommended.

Had a problem with my front door lock, Messaged Paul and he responded instantly, gave me such great information and options over the phone as he knew what the exact fault was, It shows how honest Paul is because he advised me I didn’t need to go for the most expensive option and the cheaper option would work just as well. I contacted Paul as my front door wasn't latching shut properly. He came to take a look the same day, and explained clearly both the problem and my options, including costs. And having sourced the replacement lock we agreed on, he returned and installed it a few days later. Friendly, efficient service and with explanations that made sense to a non-technical person - I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.
