Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Lockfast to anyone - they really know what they’re doing and take great care of their customers.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. In an attempt to keep one of the cats I was cat sitting inside as I was leaving, I accidentally shut myself out with my keys still in the lock from the inside. I called HomeSafe-Locksmith. They came out in 5 minutes and managed to get it sorted quite quickly without having to bring out the big tools. Lock (and cats) were all still intact and well. Good price, too - cheaper than most locksmiths, definitely recommend.

Called on a Sunday morning and round in 15 mins, had the lock out and new one in, just 1 hour. Very fast and very friendly, he had to order sum new parts he keep me in the know if won’t was going on 👍. Came back on Friday and was all done in 30 mins door is working batter now then it was new. 👍

Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. Nicky was brilliant - would 100% recommend. We contacted him on a Saturday afternoon, he was with us by Sunday to give an honest opinion & quote on what needed doing. We had gotten ourselves locked out on a stormy Sunday night and must have spent 2 hours calling at least 8 different locksmiths before finding Nick. Nick arrived at the property within 20 minutes and gotten us within the house within 10! After getting us is Nick even gave us some fantastic advice on the property and some recommendations. Our only regret was not ringing Nick first! Would highly recommend.

Nick certainly ticks all the boxes. He arrived promptly at the arranged time and was both courteous and workmanlike. He had a suitable new lock and, although it was difficult to take out the old lock, he soon had the new lock fitted He made no mess and removed all bits and pieces not required. 5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍
