Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I have had house keys and my work keys cut ( about 20 + keys). They cut the keys right first time, every time. They are very professional and give a great service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I was recommended this company for new van keys which we lost the original. I gave them a call at 12:30 by 2.00pm they come out and 2 new keys were made and working I cannot recommend this company enough absolutely brilliant very reasonable prices. Highly recommended will be using again.

I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. Paul responded so quickly to my call and was with me within 20 minutes. He used his tools to enable me to get back into my house, no damage to the locks or lock replacement. I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. We called Andrew at The Unlocksmith as the lock in a UPVC patio door had completely jammed. We discussed the problem and Andrew knew immediately what the issue was. He arrived promptly the following morning when promised, opened the door and replaced the locking mechanism, using a universal kit that he had in his van. One visit, no issues, no mess and a very reasonable charge. Extremely impressed!

Andrew came out within 20 minutes. He was so knowledgeable about what was up with our uPVC door and was able to make it a lot better without any new parts. He was friendly, approachable and did a fab job, all in under an hour. I was so grateful that he offers a 24-hour service.

Amazing service, I called at 8pm and Joe met me 45 minutes later, he didn't have the appropriate lock so instead of waiting until the following day he went to the shop and came back and fitted a new lock at a very fair price. Tried to open a wine bottle with my key (don’t ask), and unsurprisingly ended up with a bent, sad-looking mess. Took it to this locksmith expecting a lecture, but instead got amazing service! Somehow, they managed to make a perfect copy from my key’s crumpled remains. Bardie was super helpful, efficient, and didn’t even judge my life choices. 10/10 would break a key again just to come back!

A big shout out to Mark for his help. My elderly father was recently visited by a locksmith from another part of Kent after having his home broken into. After seeing the bill I was concerned about how much it cost. I contacted Porters to get their opinion on the invoice. Sadly he confirmed that the costs were indeed excessive and unnecessary. Mark was so kind providing info and even offered to visit my Dad to check the lock free of charge! Within 4 hours he was there. He took the lock off to discover that the 'cowboy' locksmith had not even changed one of the parts he charged over £150 for. Whilst this has been a horrible situation for us, it has been made that much better by Mark and his fantastic work ethic. Now we have the facts, we can move forward with a stronger case to Trading Standards If ever we need a locksmith in future, I will be using Porters Locksmiths. Thank you so much
