I lost my only car key to my Ford fiesta. I rang PRO AUTO LOCKSMITH 🚘 They were very professional from the moment that they answered the phone. I was given a very short time slot for when they would arrive at my home, they arrived earlier than stated which was my bonus. Very efficient guy turned up and got on with the job of unlocking the car,I asked for two new keys and within 30 minutes the job was complete 👍 I certainly recommend PRO AUTO without any hesitation. I cannot recommend this company enough. I cannot remember the gentleman that attended but he turned up when they said he would and was very polite and accommodating. He managed to get the broken key out of the ignition but there was an issue with the key codes etc from a previous owner but he perceived with it and managed to get the car up and running again. If the situation arises again (fingers crossed not) this company would definitely be getting my call for help - a very happy customer.

Mums window lock broke, I called Scott and he was there in an instant, fixed it in no time at all. He noticed one of her other door locks was out of alignment so fitted that in for her too! Thanks Scott for a seamless service.

I used Scott @pick of the bunch locksmiths to do a safety inspection on all of the locks in my home to see if they were British standard and were acceptable for my home insurance. Many were found to be of poor quality. Scott changed them and brought everything up to medren standards. He was polite, efficient and reasonably priced. My bathroom window would not close which meant we could not leave the house until it was resolved. I contacted Scott and he immediately knew what the problem was. He attended within a couple of hours and replaced the hinges. He also went around and checked the rest of the windows and oiled up the hinges. Excellent service. Thank you Scott.

5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍

Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap. Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal!
