Dan was great. Came round within an hour of contacting on a Sunday. Secured the broken door whilst sourcing a new part which turned out to have been discontinued. Kept me fully updated with the progress and fixed the door as soon as it arrived. Also gave good security advice and made the whole process quick and simple.

Arrived home following night flight found front door lock would not work. Phoned Medway Locksmiths and Dan arrived within 30 minutes and effected entry. Found problem with lock and ordered replacement. Now fitted and working ok. No hesitation in recommending this company. Courteous and quick service.

Excellent service! The lock on my sitting room window was broken. I called Anglokey for a quote then I sent some pictures of the broken lock and I got an instant reasonable quote from Rick.
