Couldn't be happier with the service! I phoned Simon in the morning, and within a couple of hours he was able to come out and lift our front door which had dropped, and he also replaced the old lock with a nice new one, which has fixed the issues we were having with the door. Really nice guy, really good price and a really fantastic service!

Terry and Scott from city lock and safe Ltd arrived and speedily changed 5 doors with 3 star euro cylinder locks in quick time. Gave me a call prior to arriving and were gone in 50 minutes !! Simply excellent. The prompt replacement of a dying Yale lock (cost-effectively) led us to buy more. Two days later, we had a new five-lever mortice lock installed, to upgrade security and keep the insurance company happy. Marcus left a clean site and cleaned up perfectly on both occasions. Two perfect jobs - and happy customers. It doesn’t get any better than this.

Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time.
