I am very happy with my new handle and lock, fantastic service and reasonably priced.

Excellent professional service, really genuine and knowledgable guy, I would 100% use again and recommend. My front door mechanism broke so I was unable to open the door, he arrived quickly and had the door open in 5 minutes, promptly diagnosed that the internal gearbox had failed and replaced and also replaced the barrel (which came with 5 keys), all in around 45 minutes, BRILLIANT SERVICE!!! (I had a cowboy locksmith around the night before who spent 2 hours drilling the lock and couldn’t get the door open who charged the earth and just left without sorting)

Contacted Tristan when I had a problem accessing one of our living rooms - the locking mechanism had broken. He came as an emergency to get me access to the room and then later came and replaced the lock and gave me good maintenance advice. Really professional service and I would highly recommend 👍

Tristan arrived at my door, literally a couple of minutes after putting the phone down to him. He’d identified the issue & within 10 minutes had remedied! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled professional; added benefit that he's a lovely guy too!
