The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

John fitted new locks and stays to our windows and came up with an ingenious way of keeping them wide open in warm weather. It was a fiddly job but his attention to detail was impressive.
