Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. The work he and his colleague provided was great. They got to work quickly fixing both issues with no hassle at all and did a fab job cleaning up. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

My front door wasn’t locking. Billy asked me lots of questions over the phone and gave me his initial thoughts. Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune.
