Excellent company. I recently had my watch adjusted at the Tesco branch after getting some shopping done - quick, friendly and helpful staff. Years ago, I had the same experience at the Oldham Spindles branch when I wanted backup keys cut. Consistently brilliant service! I wish more companies were like this.

Re-healed my daughters boots in an hour and because the work was not up to his standard (because heal had started to crumble) he reduced the price. He even said if my daughter was not happy with them, he would send them off for new heals free of charge. Great service.

I was quoted an absolutely absurd amount of money for a new car key and was advised to try Timpson's at Tesco.I was a bit dubious at first as the key was in such bad condition ,but am so glad I went. I was served by a young man called Oliver Melville. He was confident he could sort it and he did!....A great job and an absolute bargain for the price. I cannot speak to highly about this young man...he epitomised what good service should be. He was polite,confident and his work was beyond reproach . If he represents Timpson ,then you are ,in my opinion ,the best provider of quality and customer service out there. I have no hesitation about recommending your company to family and friends. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that has face to face real people to talk through a problem and find/suggest a solution.Rare these days. Thank you Rod

Had a great experience with Jack at Oldham tesco when I went to get some keys cut for my new house. He was professional, friendly and did everything really quickly. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone needing any key cutting services!

I visited Timpson in Oldham Tesco with a last minute request to repair my heels ready for my holiday (later that day) which was no trouble for Paul, he was extremely helpful and helped me straight away! Amazing customer service!
