Me and my boyfriend went to get a dog tag for his best friend as his dog has to be put down because she is sick. The guy way very nice and helpful, and we was served fast even though we was told we had to wait 15 minutes for the engraving. At the end of the service the guy did us great favour which ended up feeding us at the end of the day which is something I will never forget. 11/10

Need some keys cutting. There was a machine in Sainsbury's but was unable to do mine. Came into store and was served by a very knowledgeable man called Jack keys done in under 15 minutes. Very friendly service

Went to Timpson to get my watch battery replaced. Had a great conversation with Jack, about watches, whilst he was replacing the battery. I was impressed with the passion he had for watches, and his knowledge about watches was fascinating too. Definitely made this visit one to remember. Thank you!
