Alan rung ahead to ask if the timing was ok. Arrived 20 minutes later. Really friendly fella knew instantly what it was, sorted it out quickly, explained everything to us simply. Also provided us with an estimate before even coming. Price was exactly what he said and the diagnosis of my door. Went off for the parts and sorted it no trouble. Paid Alan by bank app so nice and easy and quick for us both. Really friendly, professional fella. Would highly recommend. 10 out of 10 from us!
